01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vsjili ("vsjili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vsjili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at vsjili.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

vsjili operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform serving Filipino players in the Republic of the Philippines. 02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the vsjili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities is 21 years. vsjili strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any gaming service.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vsjili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the vsjili Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of vsjili services, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the vsjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vsjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

KYC Verification: vsjili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your vsjili account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures prior to account closure, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vsjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vsjili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

vsjili does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the vsjili Platform.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your vsjili account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing period of one (1) to five (5) business days. vsjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Anti-Money Laundering: vsjili is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. vsjili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

vsjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all vsjili bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vsjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• vsjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be suspended.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vsjili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all vsjili games:

• All game outcomes on vsjili are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-time game events conducted by trained dealers.
• vsjili does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available for reference within the game information panels.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vsjili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. vsjili's decision in such circumstances shall be final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. vsjili is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• vsjili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vsjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with vsjili.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using the vsjili Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines or any other applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made to your vsjili account.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the vsjili Platform, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.

08 Responsible Gaming

vsjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits may be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. Notifications will be displayed when session time limits are approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent gaming are available to all players.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the vsjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of vsjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from vsjili;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.

Any unauthorized use of vsjili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by vsjili and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vsjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond vsjili's reasonable control;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

vsjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vsjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vsjili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination & Account Suspension

vsjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other vsjili policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in vsjili's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, vsjili reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and vsjili, you agree to first contact vsjili's support team to seek an informal resolution. vsjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, vsjili's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts, unless there is clear evidence of error or system malfunction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vsjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vsjili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the vsjili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
